After a busy and fun-filled summer, we are excited to be back with another monthly pupdate! September is a time of change for everyone. The kiddos are going back to school, relaxed schedules are becoming busier, and the weather is getting crisper. Help keep some consistency in your furry friend's day by treating them to our daycare program. See below for what we have in store for this month!

Wednesday, September 9 – "Back to School" Day 

Bring your pup for daycare on Wednesday the 9th to be included in our "Back to School" photo day! Themed treats will be offered during nap time. Be sure to have your fur-baby dropped off and ready to play by 9:30 AM to get the full experience!

Wednesday, September 23 – "Fall Fun" Day 

On the 23rd, join us for fall-themed photos and treats! Drop in for daycare that day to have your pup included in the fun. Be sure to arrive by 9:30 AM to get the full experience!

BATHAPALOOZA! Returns Friday, September 4 

Hip, hip, hooray! Our weekly grooming special returns on the 4th and runs every Friday through the end of May! Treat your pampered pooch to a spa day at discounted rates. Call our office or email us for more information and booking.

Training Classes with One Smart Dog Training & Behavior 

On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, One Smart Dog Training & Behavior hosts training classes at our facility. If your pup is in need of a little guidance, or you are looking to add more tricks to your furry companion's skill sheet, look no further than One Smart Dog!

Reminders & Tips 

• Our office will be closed for daycare on Labor Day (9/7).
• Any boarders departing on Labor Day (9/7) must depart during our holiday pick-up window, which takes place from 4:00 PM–5:00 PM.
• All cat boarding clients, please note that departures after 12:00 PM (unless holiday hours interfere) will accrue an additional night of boarding on their invoice.
• To help accommodate a peaceful and clean environment for our weekly training classes, playtime ends at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All daycare dogs are welcome to stay until closing at 7:00 PM; however, an additional rest period will occur from 5:00 PM until close so our training guests may focus.
• September is peak season for fleas and ticks as they search for warm, furry bodies to cling to! Please make sure your pets are up to date on all flea and tick preventatives before sending them to play.
• We are approaching kennel cough and flu season! Please ensure your pups are up to date on all vaccines prior to attending daycare, boarding, or other public canine spaces. Keep an eye out for common symptoms such as hacking, nasal discharge, digestive issues, and lethargy. If your pup seems under the weather or is not acting like themselves, please keep them home and contact your primary vet!
